This is a fantastic opportunity for a learning and development professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders and delivering impactful training solutions across multiple sites.This is a field-based role requiring regular travel in and around Belfast, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver engaging training programmes across various business areasPartner with managers to identify learning needs and recommend effective solutionsFacilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and development initiativesEvaluate the effectiveness of training and continuously improve contentSupport the implementation of LandD strategies aligned to business goalsTravel to different sites to deliver in-person training and supportMaintain accurate training records and reportingPromote a culture of continuous learning and development across the organisationStay up to date with LandD trends and best practicesSkills and ExperienceProven experience in a Learning and Development or training-focused roleStrong facilitation and presentation skillsAbility to design and deliver engaging training contentFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly (essential)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong ..... full job details .....
