Land Surveyor - Nottingham area

We are on the lookout for for Chartered Surveyors/ Land Surveyors to join an UK GOV Department, on a 6+ months contract, hybrid working with 2-3 day on site in Nottingham area.Location: Mansfield, Nottingham area - hybrid 2-3 days About the role: provideprofessional property advice and support through the identification and acquisition of land and property interests, undertaking due diligence, carrying out site inspections in accordance with health and safety requirements, and providing advice to support informed decision making and project deliverEssential experience/skills: RICS membership/qualificationExperience in property/ land/ surveying.Undertaking site inspections and property related due diligence.Ability to identify and assess property related risks and opportunities.Strong communication - negotiation and stakeholder management Ability to manage a varied workload and work independently.Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel weekly to local sites - Nottingham area Desirable (one or more)Background in rural property/ agriculture/ land management/ land-based discipline.Experience of land acquisition and working with landowners and occupiers.Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. CAAV).What you will gain:Amazing rate for great affordabilityRemote working that you can spend less time travelling and enjoy some time at homeCentral Government Contract so you can improve prospects for future contractingInterviews will start as soon good candidates are ..... full job details .....
