Land Surveyor Location: Bermuda Salary: $100,000 $110,000 + Benefits Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Land Surveyor to relocate to Bermuda and join a well-established, multi-disciplinary property and professional services organisation. The Role As a Land Surveyor, you will manage projects from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction throughout. Key responsibilities include: Delivering boundary surveys and preparing compliant legal plans Conducting topographical surveys and producing detailed CAD outputs Preparing lease plans and site condition reports Carrying out setting out duties and supporting development projects Managing your own workload, projects, and client relationships Processing survey data and producing high-quality reports Ensuring all work meets relevant standards and regulations Requirements To be successful in this role, you will have: A Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in Surveying 3+ years experience in professional land surveying Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and survey processing software Experience using total stations, GNSS, and ideally laser scanning technology A strong understanding of surveying principles and best practices Excellent ..... full job details .....
