      <description>Location: Oxfordshire | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Contract | We are seeking experienced Freelance Land Surveyors to join our team on a major long-term infrastructure scheme in the Midlands.  This is an excellent opportunity to work on one of the region''s most significant engineering projects, delivering high-quality survey data to support the planning, design and construction phases.  The Role  Successful candidates will undertake a variety of surveying activities, including:  - Land surveys - Topographic surveys - Hydrographic surveys - Measured building surveys - Engineering and construction support surveys - Control establishment using GNSS and total stations - Data capture and quality assurance to client specifications  Requirements  We''re looking for surveyors who have:  - Proven experience delivering land, topographic, hydrographic and measured building surveys - Proficiency with modern survey equipment including Leica, Trimble or similar GNSS and total station systems - Experience using survey processing software such as N4CE, LSS, AutoCAD or equivalent - A strong understanding of health, safety and quality procedures on live infrastructure sites - A full UK driving licence - CSCS card (preferred)</description>
