Think Recruitment are currently working with a specialist surveying firm delivering high-quality land, engineering, and construction surveying services across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects who are looking for a Land Surveyor to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land and property surveys, preparing reports, and supporting construction and development projects with precise measurements and data, with key responsibilities including;

• Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys

• Setting Out

• Operate and maintain surveying equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS/GNSS, laser scanners)

• Analyse survey data and prepare maps, plans, and legal descriptions

• Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

• Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate project documentation
