Land / Topographical SurveyorLocation: Warrington / Manchester (projects predominantly across the North West)Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience + Company VehicleJob Type: Permanent, Full-timeWe are working with an established and growing surveying consultancy that is looking to recruit a Land Surveyor / Topographical Surveyor to join its expanding North West team.With a strong reputation in the industry and a growing portfolio of work across infrastructure, construction and development projects, the business offers an excellent opportunity for a surveyor looking for a varied role within a progressive and supportive company.Based out of the company''s North West office, you''ll be undertaking topographical surveys across the North West of England, with occasional travel further afield depending on project requirements.The RoleWorking both independently and alongside other surveyors, your responsibilities will include:Undertaking topographical and land surveys across a range of construction, infrastructure and development projects.Using surveying equipment including robotic total stations, GPS/GNSS and digital levels.Establishing survey control and accurately recording site features, levels and boundaries.Processing survey data and producing accurate drawings and deliverables using AutoCAD and associated surveying software.Managing surveying activities on site, ensuring work is completed accurately, safely and efficiently.Liaising with clients, site teams and ..... full job details .....
