Land Resourcer

Permanent Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum plus 5% OTE year one £35K - £40K Hours: 8:30am - 6:00pm, Mon - Fri (Saturdays on a rota basis 8:30am - 3:00pm) Location: Sidcup This stand out unique property company are looking for a new office member. This is not for those who want to be an estate agent, but who would ideally be looking for a permanent office-based position that offers a proactive day to day, and who enjoys not only being on the phone to research but also confident using Excel. This role sits within the land team. You will be searching sites for land, calling landowners to obtain leads for the team, then capturing the information onto Excel and all the administration that goes with this fast-paced role! It is very similar to a resourcing type of role in recruitment, where you will be proactively searching for new opportunities. This would suit a candidate who has worked in a recruitment role or in a role where they are confident and familiar with making outbound calls.
