requiring a highly motivated and experienced professional to join a reputable consultancy team specializing in sourcing, advising, and managing land and property acquisitions. This senior position is ideal for someone with strong sales and consultancy expertise in the UK property market, focused on driving new business and delivering client solutions.You will play a critical role in identifying, negotiating, and closing development and investment opportunities both on and off-market while building and maintaining long-term client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively source and negotiate land and property acquisition opportunities across residential and commercial sectorsLead client consultations, understand investment objectives, and advise on best-fit opportunitiesManage sales processes from instruction through to completion, providing expert consultancy throughoutConduct thorough commercial and legal due diligence on potential acquisitionsDevelop and maintain a strong network of developers, investors, and other industry stakeholdersRepresent the consultancy at industry events and maintain a professional presence in the marketDrive new business through effective sales strategies and client managementCandidate RequirementsMinimum 3 years’ experience in UK property development, land acquisition, or investment consultancy with a strong sales focusProven track record in sourcing and closing on- and off-market land and property dealsStrong understanding of UK property legislation, valuation, and appraisal techniquesExcellent negotiation and communication skills, with ability to build and maintain client trustDemonstrable success in generating revenue and building client relationshipsEstablished network within UK property development and investment marketsSeniority level
