Location: South West, based from Bristol. The role is to assist the team to acquire land in line with the region''s five-year business plan.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of the regional business plan and land acquisition strategy for the region.

Proactively source, manage and progress land and partnership opportunities for the Regional Business to facilitate delivery of growth plans.

Identify, assess, pursue and progress potential land and partnership opportunities suitable for the business.

Support writing and coordinating bid responses and assist with negotiations of legal agreements on projects with clients.

Assist with delivery of community engagement and investment projects and develop relationships with partner organisations to create new development opportunities.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Background in Land and/or Partnerships.

Strong negotiation, relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.

Effective communication at all levels and collaborative mindset.

Initiative, financial and commercial acumen, and customer/team focus.
