The developer is experiencing rapid growth and aims to build 750 units annually starting next year. They are competing with some of the most well-known developers in London, frequently winning or coming second on major projects.

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified with at least 2 years of land acquisition experience. Projects will range from 30 to 200 units. The successful candidate should have experience conducting due diligence and be eager for success. Experience with a coins system is advantageous.

The role involves front-end development management alongside land acquisition, providing exposure to planning systems and layout design.
