Land Manager

Land Manager Location: North of England Salary: 35,000 + Bonus The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Land Manager to join a well-established and growing property business. This role is central to identifying, appraising, and securing residential development opportunities, working closely with the New Homes function to bring sites from acquisition through to sale. You will play a key part in expanding the development pipeline, combining land sourcing, relationship management, and commercial insight. Key Responsibilities Land Acquisition and AppraisalIdentify and source residential development opportunities, including land, conversions, and redevelopment sitesMonitor planning applications and utilise land sourcing tools to uncover new opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with landowners, developers, planning consultants, and other key stakeholdersConduct initial site appraisals, assessing planning potential, market demand, and financial viabilityUndertake site visits to evaluate development potentialManage and track opportunities from acquisition through planning to eventual sales deliveryAnalyse local property markets, pricing trends, and competitor activityPrepare detailed reports and recommendations on potential acquisitionsMaintain accurate records of pipeline activity, contacts, and opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to promote opportunities to developers and investorsRepresent the business at networking events and industry ..... full job details .....
