Land Manager required for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in The United Kingdom.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for developing and executing the land strategy for the Projects.Ensure delivery of the external consultants working on land agreements on the Projects.Work closely with the stakeholder manager to execute the strategy on the land elements and commercial agreements.Develop and implement QA processes for the execution of the land agreements.Ensure strong cooperation within the Projects for all work packages in relation to delivering the Heads of Terms (HoTs) and Option agreements and Temporary Possession Powers needed for the Projects.Responsible for coaching and driving knowledge transfer in the Projects.Responsible for delivering land and real estate advice and managing input to due diligences and market activities relevant for the Projects.Provide updates on key showstoppers reg. land to de-risk the Projects. Description of position: Key tasksDeliver secured options to the Project on time and to budget according to the programme.Execute the Projects'' land strategy, considering company strategic aspects to optimise individual project land optioneering and de-risking the compulsory purchase elements. Also include project risks, execution risks and landowner management.Define and manage land risk continually at Project level.
