Great British Energy - Nuclear focuses on fostering innovation, facilitating investment, and coordinating efforts across the nuclear industry to build a resilient and sustainable energy future.The Land Manager will support the day-to-day planning, coordination and delivery of survey access activities across the Wylfa development programme, reporting to the Head of Land, Property and Facilities Management.Working alongside GBE-N''s external land agents, the postholder will help secure and manage access arrangements required for environmental, ecological, archaeological, geotechnical, utilities, ground investigation, topographical and engineering surveys.The role will coordinate day-to-day engagement between GBE-N, landowners, occupiers, tenants, agents, contractors, professional advisers and project teams, helping to ensure access is secured safely, lawfully and in line with agreed programmes and commitments.This is a delivery-focused role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, effective relationship management and the ability to anticipate and resolve access constraints.
