Find out more about the daily tasks, overall responsibilities, and required experience for this opportunity by scrolling down now.Crest Nicholson''s Eastern Division are recruiting for a Land Manager, to support our Land Director in managing all land acquisition and applications as part of the Development strategy.The successful candidate will lead on the identification, initial research and appraisals of new sites, with a focus on negotiating and agreeing prices and terms directly with vendors and Agents. A key area of this role will be to have strong commercial acumen to make decisions on the feasibility of the project by liaising with internal teams on benchmarking, costing and terms.Your clear and open communication style in communicating planning and site information for each team is absolutely key, in order for everyone to deliver high quality work to set deadlines.
