      <description>Location: Sidcup | Salary: 22000.00-22000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Pear recruitment - Land Consultant  Location - Sidcup Salary - £22,000 - £25,000, OTE 1st YEAR £35,000 - £40,000 2nd year £50,000 - £60,000 Working Hours - 5 days - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm Saturdays 8.45am - 3pm  We have an amazing opportunity for a Land Negotiator to join an independent property agent in their fantastic office based in Sidcup. This is an office-based role, working alongside an ambitious and driven team. In this position you will be responsible for proactively identifying potential development sites, researching land opportunities, and creating new opportunities for the business. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include searching for potential development sites, researching landowners, making outbound calls to landowners, building relationships, and maintaining accurate records of opportunities. You will also be responsible for general administration, updating Excel spreadsheets and databases, and keeping information organised and up to date.
