This is an office-based role, working alongside an ambitious and driven team. In this position you will be responsible for proactively identifying potential development sites, researching land opportunities, and creating new opportunities for the business. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include searching for potential development sites, researching landowners, making outbound calls to landowners, building relationships, and maintaining accurate records of opportunities.
