Salary: £29,037.50 to £36,340 DOE including 15% flexible allowance, DOE Location: Birmingham B4, 3 days per week in the office Deadline: 15th October I am recruiting for a Land Assembly Assistant to join my client''s Land and Property team in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity for someone at an early stage of their career. I am interested in candidates who already have some land referencing or land assembly experience, but I am equally keen to hear from graduates with a relevant background in areas such as Geography, GIS, spatial data or land/property who can demonstrate a genuine interest in this area. The role will support the assurance of land referencing and land assembly activity across a major infrastructure programme. You will work with land and spatial data, support workshops, liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, and help ensure information is accurate, complete and delivered to programme.
