High Speed Two Ltd is looking for a Land Assembly / Land Referencing Assistant to join its Land and Property Division in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience within a specialist client side team supporting the delivery of one of the UK''s largest infrastructure programmes. We are open to graduates who have an interest and have experience from their university courses in land and property (land referencing for example), as well as candidates who already have practical experience in land referencing, land assembly, land acquisition, property or a similar environment, even if you do not have a degree. The role offers broad exposure across the Land and Property function, with the opportunity to develop your knowledge of land referencing, GIS, land acquisition, compulsory purchase, property management and land access.
