Description As a Land and Development Surveyor you will:   Lead property development projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet objectives and timelines. Manage budgets, resources and stakeholder expectations effectively. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project goals. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the public sector.
