Land and Development Surveyor

Lead the Council''s land and development activity across the full asset life-cycle from opportunity identification and feasibility, through planning and commercial evaluation, to delivery and disposal of that assets realise best value, enable regeneration, and support corporate objectives. Client Details A London based Local Authority looking to grow and develop their property portfolio. Description As a Land and Development Surveyor you will: Lead property development projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet objectives and timelines. Manage budgets, resources and stakeholder expectations effectively. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project goals. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the public sector. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success. Produce detailed reports and documentation for all stages of development projects. Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making within the property department. Profile A successful Land and Development Surveyor should have: MRICS Be willing and able to commute to London borough at lease twice a week Strong experience in property development or project management within the public sector. Excellent organisational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects effectively. Proficiency in managing budgets and stakeholder relationships.
