This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in keeping sites safe and well maintained, and can confidently manage their own workload. Key Responsibilities Maintaining site grounds and external areas, keeping them clean and tidy. Cutting grass, hedges and overgrown vegetation, particularly where it encroaches onto public highways. Carrying out regular site safety and security checks. Installing and maintaining CCTV systems and burglar alarms, including CCTV monitoring. Liaising with other departments and providing site access when required. Carrying out general property maintenance and responding to issues.
