An exciting opportunity to develop and deliver our ambitions to support farmers and land managers in their adoption of sustainable land management systems We are looking for a driven Land Advice Development Lead to develop and deliver our ambitions to support farmers and land managers in their adoption of sustainable land management systems. Our new Transforming Land Management project aims to further the adoption of wetter farming on lowland agricultural peat and seed a land advice service within the Trust. With agricultural land making up a significant part of our operational area, influencing how this land is managed and supporting land managers and farmers to transition towards sustainable land management systems is a key priority if we are to achieve nature in recovery. We are looking for someone who has the inspiration, drive and enthusiasm to lead the establishment of a land advice service through the development of new offers. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and collaborator, with an authentic awareness and empathy for farmers and the farming community. Possessing strong interpersonal skills, they will be able to build relationships with farmers, oversee the delivery of land advice, collaborate closely with colleagues, identify opportunities and develop these into projects and offers.
