Lance Operator - Specialist Maintenance Services / Engineering - Guildford POSITION OVERVIEW - Lance Operator / Engineering Operative You will work as part of a small team, in a ''hands on'' capa city to deliver essential specialist plant and machinery maintenance and cleaning services to our growing and diverse client base. This is a manual role working with equipment in sometimes challenging environments, r equiring travel from headquarters based in Guildford . PACKAGE - Lance Operator / Engineering Operative Realistic income in year one c£38,700 and year two £39,900 based on 20025/26 actual figures - made up as follows:- Starting base salary £28,000 increasing to £29,500 on completion of 6 month training/probationary period; additional allowances/overtime of circa £9,900 per annum apportionately paid into salary monthly; discretionary 10% annual bonus; 30 days annual leave including statutory holidays, incrementally increasing by 1 day each completed year after year 2; company pension; life assurance policy. Full time and permanent role.
