This role is due to start in October and offers a permanent role within a stable, growing business. The Role: What you''ll be doing Operate and set up the Foil Laminator to meet production requirements Complete machine setting , start-ups, adjustments and changeovers (temperature, line speed, adhesive application, etc.) Prepare profiles and foils, ensuring correct materials are loaded and ready for the run Monitor performance throughout the shift to maintain quality and maximise output Carry out in-process checks to confirm finish, adhesion and colour consistency Troubleshoot minor faults and escalate technical issues when needed Work safely at all times, keeping the area clean, organised and audit-ready Support basic cleaning and routine upkeep of laminating equipment Collaborate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams to hit daily targets Experience working around Extrusion / profile manufacturing processes is beneficial What we''re looking for Previous experience operating laminating machinery (Foil Lamina...
