What You''ll Be Doing: Laminating using fibreglass matting, resins, and gel coats.Trimming, cutting, and finishing GRP parts to precise specifications.Preparing and waxing moulds ready for production.Carrying out detailed quality checks throughout the process.Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised work area. What We''re Looking For: Proven experience in hand lay-up GRP laminating and finishing.Good knowledge of fibreglass materials and GRP production methods.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.Ability to follow instructions, read technical drawings, and work to deadlines.A positive attitude and a team player mindset.
