Lamination Operator / Machine Minder

Job Description: Lamination Operator / Machine Minder Full Time 48 Hours Per Week 12.71 - 14.00 per hour (DOE) Multistaff recruitment are recruiting an experienced Lamination Operator / Machine Minder to join a busy manufacturing environment. Shift Pattern: 4 x 12-hour shifts per week Rotating Days and Nights: 6:30am-6:30pm / 6:30pm-6:30am Typically Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays when required What you''ll be doing: Setting up and operating lamination machinery Carrying out quality checks to maintain high production standards Loading materials, monitoring production and troubleshooting where required Following health and safety procedures and production schedules We''re looking for: Previous experience operating lamination or similar converting machinery Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment A team player with a commitment to quality Pay is 12.71- 14.00 per hour, depending on experience and interview performance.
