Lamination Operator - Permanent Role Elsham, near Brigg 31,449 + overtime + quarterly bonus 4 on / 4 off shifts (2 days / 2 nights) We''re recruiting for an experienced Lamination Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business supplying packaging solutions into the healthcare sector. What you''ll be doing: Operating lamination machinery in line with production and quality standards Selecting films, materials and operating supplies in line with job specifications Carrying out machine set-ups safely and efficiently Completing in-process quality inspection checks to ensure products meet specification Unloading, recording, palletising and packaging finished product to customer requirements Accurately completing production reports and updating Mills/S4 systems Monitoring machine performance and troubleshooting issues where required Reporting maintenance concerns to minimise downtime and prevent breakdowns Reworking non-conforming product when necessary Maintaining high housekeeping, waste management and safety standards across the production area Updating Daily Management boards and supporting wider production activities as required What we''re looking for: Previous experience operating lamination machines within a manufacturing environment Good understanding of production and ..... full job details .....
