Lamination Operative

About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lamination Operative to join our production team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, responsible for operating lamination machinery and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor lamination machines Load and unload materials safely and efficiently Ensure correct lamination settings for different materials Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency Identify and report faults or defects Maintain a clean and safe working area Follow health and safety and company procedures at all times Skills and Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Experience with lamination or similar machinery is an advantage (training provided) Good attention to detail and quality control Ability to work to deadlines and production targets Strong teamwork and communication skills Willingness to work shifts-Rotating Monday to Friday What We Offer Competitive pay with overtime opportunities Full training and ongoing support Stable employment within a growing company Friendly and supportive team environment ..... full job details .....
