Lambeth - SSW - Family Support and CP Team - £39.04 p/h Umb

Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Family Support and Child Protection Team for the London Borough of Lambeth. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage complex caseloads involving Child in Need and Child Protection cases. Undertake statutory assessments, including Section 47 investigations and risk assessments. Develop and implement effective care plans to safeguard children and support families. Work in partnership with multi-agency professionals to ensure coordinated service delivery. Prepare clear, analytical reports for court and statutory meetings. Chair and attend core group meetings, case conferences, and reviews. Support and mentor junior staff, contributing to a high-performing team environment. Maintain accurate and timely case records in line with statutory requirements and local policies.
