The successful candidate will support day-to-day site operations, assisting with general labouring duties, groundworks maintenance and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times. Key Responsibilities Driving a Transit tipper van to collect trade waste and deliver it to designated waste contractors. Footing ladders and assisting tradespeople with safe access. Carrying out general groundworks labouring and maintenance duties. Assisting with working-at-height activities and working in loft spaces as a second operative, in line with health and safety requirements. Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
