As a Labourer, you ll support our skilled tradespeople in delivering repairs and maintenance across Hyde properties and surrounding estates. You ll work across a range of services, including responsive repairs, empty properties, planned works and disrepair cases. You ll help us complete work safely, efficiently and to a high standard, providing a right-first-time service that improves our customers homes and overall experience. Key Duties Support skilled tradespeople with repairs and maintenance, including brickwork, concrete work, fencing and roofing. Prepare work areas by digging trenches, pits and foundations, backfilling when required, and helping to set up and clear sites. Work safely at height and use tools, machinery and utility-detection equipment in line with your training.
