Labourer / Traffic Marshal – Canterbury

Skilled Careers are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer / Traffic Marshal to join a busy construction site in Canterbury.

This is a dual-role position, with duties split between general site labouring and traffic marshalling responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and willing to assist the site team wherever needed.

Duties will include:

• Banking and directing site traffic safely

• Managing deliveries and vehicle movements

• Maintaining pedestrian and vehicle safety on site

• General labouring duties

• Assisting trades and site management

• Moving materials and keeping the site clean and tidy

• Adhering to all site health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card

• Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman qualification

• Previous construction site experience

• Full PPE

• Good understanding of site safety

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

• Ability to work well as part of a team
