The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Responsibilities Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Perform general site maintenance and cleanliness Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, providing assistance where needed Move materials around the site as directed Participate in team meetings and training sessions Qualifications Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual handling tasks Familiarity with health and safety regulations on construction sites is preferred Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities We welcome ..... full job details .....
