What''s on Offer: Competitive rate, dependent on experienceA busy construction-site environmentSupport from an experienced site management team QualificationsEssential: Valid CSCS cardPrevious building site cleaning, labouring or construction-site experienceGood awareness of site health and safety requirements Desirable: Experience working on construction or refurbishment projectsOwn PPE Roles and Responsibilities Keep site welfare areas, walkways and work areas clean and tidy.Remove rubbish and maintain designated waste and recycling areas.Assist with general site housekeeping and maintain clear access routes.Support the site management team with cleaning duties as required.Ensure work areas remain presentable, organised and safe for all site personnel.Follow instructions from the Site Manager and work safely at all times.Report hazards, spillages, damaged materials or unsafe conditions promptly.Use cleaning materials and equipment correctly and store them safely.Work effectively alongside trades, labourers and subcontractors.Maintain good timekeeping and a professional ..... full job details .....
