Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourer to assist with various manual tasks on construction sites, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, or other work environments. The successful candidate will support daily operations by performing physical labor, maintaining a safe workplace, and assisting skilled tradespeople as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and welders.
• Prepare and clean work areas before and after tasks.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
• Perform digging, lifting, carrying, and other manual handling duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and company regulations.
• Report hazards, incidents, or equipment issues promptly.
• Support general site operations as needed.

Requirements

• Previous laboring or construction experience is preferred but not essential.
• Physically fit and able to perform demanding manual work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance record.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Valid CSCS Card (preferred for construction sites).
