Key Responsibilities:Site Preparation and Maintenance: Cleaning debris, setting up scaffolding, loading/unloading materials, and preparing tools.Vehicle Navigation: Directing large vehicles, lorries, and cranes into and out of site areas, particularly in tight spaces.Safety Monitoring: Ensuring pedestrians, workers, and site visitors are kept safe from moving machinery.Communication: Using clear hand signals or two-way radios to guide drivers, especially when visibility is reduced.Safety Compliance: Adhering to site safety regulations, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintaining a safe work environment.
