Labourer

RG Setsquare is currently recruiting a Driver Labourer for a long-term opportunity based in Fort William.

This is a hands-on role that combines driving duties with outdoor operational work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and being active throughout the day.

• Driving company vehicles as required
• Supporting operational teams with day-to-day collection and transport activities
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Providing a reliable and professional service to the local community

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to carry out physically demanding duties
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Good awareness of health and safety practices
• Previous experience in a driving, labouring, or operational role would be advantageous
