Job Title - Groundworker

Tickets Needed - Dumper and Roller

How Many Operatives - 60 needed.

Location - Carterton, OX18.

Start Date - June or July.

• Site Preparation: Clearing land of vegetation, debris, and existing structures, and setting up safety barriers and site huts.
• Excavation & Foundations: Digging trenches for utilities, foundations, and footings, often operating heavy plant machinery.
• Drainage Systems: Laying and connecting pipes, building manholes, and ensuring adequate stormwater management.
• Concreting: Pouring and leveling concrete, building formwork, and fixing steel reinforcement.
• Finishing Touches: Laying kerbs, laying footpaths, and constructing hard-landscaped
