New Labourer position available at Randstad CPE (phone number removed)Job Title: General Construction LabourerLocation: Tonbridge, Kent (TN9 / TN10)Start Date: Late October 2026Contract Duration: Ongoing / Long-TermPay Rate: 13.50 - 15.00 per hour (dependent on pay type)About the RoleWe are recruiting a reliable, hard-working General Labourer for an upcoming position on a commercial construction site in Tonbridge, starting towards the end of October 2026.This role offers full-time hours, consistent weekly pay, and steady ongoing work through the autumn and winter months with an established contractor.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting site trades (bricklayers, carpenters, groundworkers) with daily site operations.Unloading delivery trucks and safely moving building materials across site.Keeping access routes, stairwells, and walkways clear, safe, and free of hazards.General site maintenance, sweeping work areas, and managing recycling skips.Following site health and safety rules and wearing full PPE at all times.RequirementsValid CSCS Card (Green Labourer card or above essential).Full PPE (Steel toe-cap boots, high-vis vest/jacket, hard hat, and safety gloves).Previous general site labouring experience.Hard-working, punctual, and dependable work ethic.Physically fit and capable of manual handling.Right to work in the UK.Working Hours and BenefitsHours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (40-45 hours per week).Start Date: End of October 2026.Duration: Long-term / ongoing ..... full job details .....
