This position offers an immediate start for a dependable site operative. Working alongside the site management team, you will play a key role in keeping the development running smoothly, safely, and on schedule by maintaining plot cleanliness and assisting site trades. Key Duties: Assisting skilled trades on-site with moving and distributing materials to various plots. Sweeping out plots, clearing construction waste, and loading skips. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised site environment in line with health and safety standards. Assisting the Site Manager with unloading and managing incoming deliveries. Carrying out general manual labour and physical duties as required across the development. Requirements: Valid CSCS Card (Essential).
