This is a key role during the mobilisation phase, requiring someone who can follow instructions precisely and help establish a safe, organised site from day one. The Role: You will be working directly with the site management team to transform a vacant plot into a fully operational commercial construction site. Your duties will include: Assisting with the installation of site hoarding, fencing, and pedestrian barriers. Helping to set up site offices, welfare facilities, and storage units. Marking out walkways and ensuring clear access for incoming plant and machinery. Receiving and organising initial deliveries of materials and equipment.
