This is a great opportunity to secure an immediate start, pick up consistent hours, and work alongside a highly reputable housing developer. You will be a key part of the site team, keeping the workspace running safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Assisting skilled trades on-site with material distribution to various plots. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe site environment in line with health and safety standards. Clearing site debris, sweeping out plots, and loading skips. Assisting the Site Manager with unloading deliveries. Handling general physical and lifting tasks as required. What We Are Looking For: Valid CSCS Card (Essential). Previous experience working on a construction site (New build housing experience is preferred). Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis vest/jacket, and steel toe cap boots).
