This is an ongoing contract role with a leading main contractor, offering consistent hours and steady work for the right person as the project progresses through its main build phases. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining a safe, tidy, and hazard-free site by managing waste and clearing work areas. Assisting various commercial subcontractors (Groundworkers, Joiners, Bricklayers) with material distribution. Loading and unloading large-scale commercial site deliveries. Setting up, moving, and maintaining site edge protection and fencing. Carrying out general welfare and site maintenance tasks as directed by the management team. Requirements: Valid CSCS card (Essential). Previous experience working on commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction sites. Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis vest/trousers, steel toe boots).
