This position offers an immediate start for a dependable operative looking for local work. Working alongside the Site Manager and trade sub-contractors, you will play a crucial role in maintaining site standards, supporting trades, and keeping active plots safe and tidy. Key Responsibilities: Assisting sub-contractors and site trades with moving and distributing materials across active plots. Sweeping out plots, clearing construction waste, and loading skips. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised site environment in line with health and safety procedures. Assisting site management with unloading and managing incoming deliveries. Carrying out general manual labour and physical duties as directed across the development. Main Requirements: Valid CSCS Card (Essential). Previous experience working as a labourer on a construction site (New build housing experience is preferred). Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis jacket/vest, steel toe cap boots).
