Labourer

Are you a reliable labourer looking for a new contract? We are currently seeking a hardworking individual to join a major commercial construction project in Alloa.

Unlike residential work, this role is on a large-scale commercial site, requiring someone used to a fast-paced, high-compliance environment.

You will be providing essential support to the site management team and specialist contractors, ensuring the project stays on schedule and the site remains operational.

• Assisting with site setup and maintaining clear access routes for machinery.
• Supporting various commercial trades (e.g., steel fixers, groundworkers, or fit-out teams).
• Handling and moving heavy commercial materials and equipment.
• Ensuring strict adherence to site-specific health and safety regulations.
• General site maintenance, including waste management and site tidying.

• Valid CSCS card (Essential).
• Previous experience on commercial or industrial construction sites.
• Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis, steel toe boots).
• A proactive attitude and the ability to follow complex site inductions.
• Reliability and punctuality are non-negotiable.
