LABOURER – BARTLEY GREEN (MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 4AM STARTS)

 

Location: Bartley Green

Hours: Monday to Friday – 4:00 AM starts, flexible finish times

Type: Temporary to Permanent (12-week temp period leading to full-time role)

 

About the Role

 

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join a busy site in Bartley Green with regular travel to London and other areas.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys early starts, hands-on work, and is looking for a long-term opportunity.

 

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting with general labouring duties on site

- Supporting lifting, carrying, and other physical tasks

- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

- Working as part of a team to meet site deadlines

 

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

- Be able to commit to working Monday to Friday and be flexible with finish times
- Hold a valid UK driving licence (aged 21 or over, no convictions other than speeding)
- Have their own transport to get to site for a 4:00 AM start
- Be physically fit and able to carry out manual labour
- Hold a valid CSCS card
- Be looking for a full-time, permanent opportunity at the end of the 12-week period
