We are currently looking for a Labourer in the Leicester area to work on a long-term contract for a well-established social housing contreactor. This opportunity is with a respected and established building contractor within the housing sector. I''d be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in construction, property maintenance, refurbishment, or general site works, whether you''ve previously worked as a Labourer, Multi Skilled Operative, Trades Assistant, Maintenance Operative, or in a similar role. As a Labourer, you will be:Carrying out kitchen rip-outs and preparation worksAssisting with refurbishment and property maintenance projectsCompleting general labouring duties across occupied and void propertiesUndertaking minor painting and decorating worksCarrying out patch plastering and making goodCompleting snagging and finishing works to a high standardSupporting tradespeople on site and ensuring work areas are kept clean and safeUndertaking general multi-trade tasks as requiredI''d love to speak to anyone who has:A full UK driving licenceTheir own tools Previous experience within construction, maintenance, or refurbishmentBasic trade skills including painting, patch plastering, and snaggingA good understanding of site health and safetyThe ability to work independently and as part of a ..... full job details .....
