Tier 1 Construction Site

Location: Exeter
Rate: -12.71 per hour PAYE / -16.63 per hour via Umbrella. 8 hours a day
Start Date: 28/09/2026

GM Recruitment are currently recruiting General Labourers to work on a busy Tier 1 construction site.

This is a great opportunity for reliable and hardworking labourers looking for work with a reputable contractor. This is a temporary position.

The Role

• General labouring duties across a busy construction site
• Assisting skilled trades and site management
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe
• Moving and distributing materials around site
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Supporting the wider site team as required
• Following all site health & safety requirements

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Labourer card
• Previous construction site experience
• Full PPE safety boots and hi-vis
• Reliable and punctual
• Good understanding of site health & safety
• Able to work as part of a team
• References from previous construction work
