This is a hands-on, varied role where you''ll be moving between properties, carrying out everything from heavy-duty builders cleans to the final sparkle clean that gives our customers a house to put down roots. What you''ll be doing: A typical day might include working in an empty property that''s just had repair or refurbishment work completed. There''s often dust, debris, and leftover materials to deal with, so you''ll roll up your sleeves and get stuck into a full builders clean clearing waste, putting a bit of elbow grease into those tough areas where there may be residue from previous works, and giving the whole property a thorough top-to-bottom clean. You''ll also be working alongside multi-skilled colleagues to assist with work such as filling, painting patches, external works such as gutter cleaning and garden works.
