This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established contractor on a school refurbishment project. Previous demolition or soft strip experience is preferred, although a valid CSCS card is the minimum requirement. Duties Will Include: Assisting with soft strip works within a school environment Removing fixtures, fittings, and non-structural materials General labouring duties Site clearance and waste management Segregating and disposing of materials safely Loading and unloading materials as required Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment Following all site health and safety procedures Supporting the site team and supervisors as required Requirements: Valid CSCS Card (Essential) Valid Asbestos Awareness Certificate (Essential we can provide training) Previous demolition or soft strip experience preferred Good understanding of site health and safety procedures Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Ability to provide recent references f...
