Labourer - Social Housing (Tenanted Properties)
39 Hours Per Week
Rate: -16.84 UMB / -14.25 PAYE PIR

We are currently looking for experienced Labourers to work on social housing tenanted properties.

• Stripping out kitchens and bathrooms
• Assisting tradesmen on site
• Supporting van drivers with material deliveries
• Carrying out skip runs and general labouring duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Valid CSCS Card
• Manual Handling Certificate
• Working at Heights Certificate
• Asbestos Awareness Certificate
• Face Fit Certificate
• Previous experience working in occupied social housing properties preferred
• Reliable, hard-working, and able to work as part of a team

• Ongoing work
• Weekly pay
• Full-time hours (39 per week)
